I am appalled that you would even consider allowing the use of recorded messages to take the place of the telemarketers original, constant invasion of the publics' privacy rights to not be harrassed and bothered with un-wanted marketing calls. This will only open the floodgates once again to what the public has not wanted from the beginning. That is the reason we signed up for the do not call lists. Please do not let the telemarketing industry bribe their way back into the publics privacy rights of not having un-wanted calls start again. Shame on whomever in the FTC even considered this act.
