Sirs, I am strongly against any weakening of the Do NOT Call rules. As is they are nowhere strong enough, nor are they vigoriously enforced. Each & every violation should be met with the maximum penalty, & every telemarketer should be made an example of. There are far too many loopholes in the law now for these pests to slither through. Do Not Call means exactly that. DO NOT CALL ME. They still do. Please enforce the law the way the Harrington, DE Police enforce the speed limit. Thank You, Ric Ackerman e mail
