Gentlemen, Please do not open the loophole that would permit "pre-recorded telemarketing" to invade my privacy. I got a taste of what this would be like during the recent election campaigns and I did not like it. I view telemarking as harrassment and it is invasive and uninvited. Thank you, Harry Page
