Please do not allow any changes in the present arrangement. You should, however, make the no-call provision stronger by stopping calls that "require" you to contact them though a "survey" ruse and then claim "you called me". You have to respond to the call to get the information necessary to file a complaint against them. LOAM Companies are the ones calling me. Thank you.
