Listen: If any business with which I have a relationship has anything meaningful to say to me, they can call me for live conversation. Anything recorded is junk of the highest order. Don't you get the message? The millions of people who signed up for Do Not Call do not want sales calls of any kind. I am already getting some of these recorded messages and it makes me furious. I think the definition of business relationship needs strengthening. Just because they have my name and address does not constitute a relationship. I think the definition should include a need for contact demonstrated by my request for contact.
