The do not call registry was a great idea. Why screw it up by creating loopholes? If Americans truly enjoy being bothered by telemarketers there would have already been a public outcry when the new rules took effect!! Do the right thing and keep the telemarketers at bay. The last thing I need is my phone to start ringing off the wall again. We do not need telemarketers. If I want to buy something , I will find it myself when it is convenient for ME to do so !!!
