Allowing telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship is **RIDICULOUS**. I VEHMENTLY OPPOSE THIS. It would negate the intent of the DO NOT CALL rule.
