Please do not change the rules of the No Call List. The recorded messages are the most annoying of all. And why give us the burden of stopping something that shouldn't happen in the first place? Also, it seems we would have to listen to the whole message to find out who to contact to put our names on an 'opt out' list. Please don't do it. Thanks.
