A no call list by definition means "NO CALL", not a recorded message may be sent to any person even if they do NOT want to recieve unsolicited calls. Please don't let this nonsense occur. Our country is in enough of a mess with "Spam,Virus Infection, and Worms" and should not be infected with unsolicited recorded calls.
