I object strongly to allowing companies to send recorded telemarketing messages to customers. This is a complete reversal of the benefits of the do not call legislation (one of the few beneficial Federal laws in my lifetime.) My computer is inundated with spam. The proposed changes in the do not call rules would result in my telephone ringing at all times, day and night, with telephone spam. I suggest you worry about the desires of the people who pay for telephone services and not the telemarketing companies who prey on them.
