PLEASE do not consider opening a loophole in the Do Not Call Registry to permit companies to deliver pre-recorded message telemarketing to homes. It has been so pleasant not to be deluged with unwanted calls. The recorded political calls are bad enough; please don't let vendors do the same thing. Thank you.
