DO NOT allow changes to the Do Not Call Registry to permit prerecorded telemarketing messages to be delivered to people on the Do Not Call list, regardless of whether there is or was a business relationship between the caller and the callee. It is very pleasent to no longer have interruptions, except from idiotic political types and charities. Don't you understand? Do Not Call means just what it says, DO NOT CALL.Period!!
