Please do not legalize unwanted phone calls in any form, including prerecorded messages, to come to our homes. As an example, during the recent political campaign, we were bombarded with unsolicited phone messages and they could not be deleted until the entire message had been completed. In my view, this would be a step backwards in protecting the rights of the individual. Best regards, Steve Martin Tucson, AZ
