This dilution of the 'No Call List' is uncalled for. Indeed we are the poor folk of the industrialized nations as is with the 'Opt Out System' versus the European 'Opt-In' system. This is a cave in to the telemarketing industry. Do not do this... this is not an advance of our GDP but a cave in to citizen disturbance by unwanted callers. Allan Gerard
