The proposed loophole to allow Telemarketers assault us with unwanted Telemarketing and answering machine Spam is an insult to almost 65 million taxpaying United States citizens. I am urging you to honor the majority of Americans that do not want telemarketers calling them. Rather than an Opt-out option..if anyone wants Telemarketers to call them, then have an Opt-IN list for those special people. DPauley
