These are bad ideas. The reason I signed up for the "Do Not Call List" is to STOP what I consider, the harrasment of telemarketers. You are forcing me to remove my voice mail from my Cell phone and my answering maching machine from my home phone. My answering maching has very limited space for recording messages. Prior to Do-Not-Call it would be frequently filled with advertisements and I would be forced to listen to them just ensure no REAL messages were missed. Additionally, I pay by the minute on my Cell phone. Thus I would have to pay extra minutes listening to advertisements, again, to ensure no real messages were missed. Please disregard these changes.
