I have used the DNC list from the beginning. IT has worked successfully. I am storngly against any change to the current regulations whcih may allow any additional unsolicited phone calls for which I must take action, and my time, to opt out of. As someone who makes a living by the hour, I could forsee the time for me to opt-out costing the equilvelent of hundreds of dollars a year. Furthermore, I believe that Delaware has a law prohibiting pre-recorded calls. This regulation would produce needless litigation by the State of Delaware, at a high cost to taxpayers. Again, DO NOT MODIFY the regualtions. Thank you for you time;.
