Do NOT allow telemarketers the loophole which will permit them to innundate my personal phone line with unwanted pre-recorded messages! There is no difference between being disturbed by an unwanted LIVE telemarketer or a recorded one. The Do Not Call Registry (for the most part) is working. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
