Comments:
Dear FCC Commissioner, The Do-Not-Call Registry is a shining example of what the government can do to protect consumers from aggressive and annoying marketing tactics. That said, under no circumstances should any loophole to the do-not-call rules be opened. A pre-recorded message is every bit as intrusive and distrurbing to Americans as any other unwarranted and unrequested call. I urge you to reconsider making any change to this amazingly effective legislation. Sincerely, William J. Gilmore Columbus, Ohio
