We just went through 6 weeks of getting 15-20 recorded messages from politicians, who for whatever reason are exempt. I do not want to go through that again!!!! A no call list means exactly that-NO CALL! I know I had to get up from a sick bed, I can imagine how disturbing this must be for the handicapped. Why should there be ANY exceptions?
