I strongly oppose the amendment to allow pre recorded message telemarketing. The interruption of our lives in our private homes is a violation. Allowing this amendment would be a tremendous step backward into our rights as citizens. My family phone has been on the Do Not Call Registry since it's inception and we have enjoyed having the uniterrupted time. We are consumers, but we would never buy from a telemarketing phone call, especially a prerecorded message. It would just make me angry.
