I pay for my phone and it is there for my usage, not for a telemarketers usage. I would resent any intrusion on my phone rights by telemarketers, especially pre-recorded solicitations. If they wish to send messages via phones let them pay for a phone to be installed for that purpose for the ones who want to be bothered.
