I do not agree with the porposed change to allow pre-recorded messages to be used for telemarketing for existing relations. I do not need to be reminded or prompted for special deals - I am very capable of looking over mailed circulars, ads in the paper, etc. and making a decision without the phone calls. It was bad enough to have received 15-20 daily pre-recorded political calls during the last election - I DO NOT WANT TO GET THEM ALL THE TIME!!
