|Subject:||Trade Regulation Rule on Telemarketing Sales|
|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:the loophole in the "do not call registary" which would permit recorded messages to be sent to the homes of those who are members of the "do not call list" is ill advised. I suggest that this proposal is another example of big business prevailing over the rights and privacy of the taxpayers. Although I am not suprised that the industry is trying to circumvent the current regulations, I am shocked that the Commission would lie to the public and say that this new amendment would not cause any increase in voice spam. I request that do not implement the proposal.
