I would hope that the Commission not make an amendment to the Telemarketing Sales Rule. We are bombarded enough already, and an "established business relationship" is merely fancy semantics for allowing more unsolicited calls from salespeople. Having puchased a DVD player or other product does not constitute an "established business relationship". Please do not make an amendment.
