I am opposed to the proposed rule changes under Docket # RIN 3084-0098. I took the time to place my name on the Do Not Call list because I do not want to receive telemarketing calls. My desires apply to prerecorded calls as well as live calls. Furthermore, I do not want to receive calls from companies with which I have done business. If I want to conduct additional business I will contact that company. This proposed change will benefit companies that want to make calls in mass and will remove existing consumer protections.
