I just got rid of unwanted telemarketers. I do not want unsolicited messages of any kind, especially "pre-recorded". If I want to buy more products from these companies, I know how to contact them because I already have dealt with them in the past. The FTC has to be careful to not emulate the FDA. The FDA does not protect the public, it protects the drug industry.
