These types of phone calls are at best annoying and convince me not to purchase anything from the caller or their stores ever again. Please do not allow any "loopholes" in the Do Not Call rule which would satisfy the business community but simply be an annoyance to the consumer. Commericials on TV are more than enough and if someone wants their products they can seek out the company themselves.
