Please do not change the Telemarketing Sales Rule to allow pre-recorded messages. My privacy is my sanctuary and I do not want it violated by Telemarketers who should not be calling me on the phone. Most other forms of advertising give me a chance to opt out by not watching, or reading the ad. With Telemarketing, I am subjected to the ad without knowledge or consent. If I need to get information on a product, I can find it on the internet. Thanks, CT
