A proposal to allow "robo" calls from businesses to "established customers" is a betrayal of the Do-Not-Call-List policies. What bizarre twisted logic would even allow you to consider this? Were you not convinced by the tens of millions of Americans who signed up to maintain some peace in their homes from telemarketers?
