I am opposed to this amendment. I do not want my privacy invaded with pre-recorded messages. The national do not call registry has greatly increased my quality of life at home. I no longer have to deal with annoying telemarketing calls every day. Please do not water down the regulations! Allowing pre-recorded will only bring back the bad-old-days. Thanks.
