Dear Sirs, Please do not allow loopholes in the National Do Not Call Registry. The proposed clause to “allow telemarketers to use prerecorded messages when they call consumers with whom they have an established business relationship.” seriously compromises the integrity of an effective national do not call registry. I must say i am strongly against such a clause and it would be hard to realisticly claim that the vast majority of such automated calls were not indeed automated telemarketing. please work to retain the integrity and intent of this bill. thank you. Sincerely, John Corkran
