PLEASE please do not allow pre-recorded calls. They are extremely annoying, even if they were selling something I might be interested in the fact that they are pre-recorded just angers me and makes me not want to do business with that company because of the calls. The DO NOT CALL registry has made my home life much better not having to screen calls when I am home, let's keep it intact with NO AMENDMENT.
