Regarding the proposed amendment of the Telemarketing Sales Rule to allow telemarketing calls to deliver a prerecorded message to consumers and voicemessage machines is not appropriate and should not be considered. This is an unwanted invasion of privacy. This amendment will result in a flurry of spam on answering machines just like we now have on our email inbox every day. Do not allow this to happen.
