According to the FTC’s new proposed rule -- even if I have signed up for the National Do Not Call Registry, which I have, a company could make prerecorded “robo calls” to my home if I have an “established business relationship” – meaning that I bought something from a company during the last 18 months, or inquired about their products during the last three months. I am absolutely opposed to such a proposed rule change! This is a violation of my privacy and protection provided by the National Do Not Call Registry. Please DO NOT CONTINUE with this proposed rule change. Sincerely, Charles Wilkerson
