Comments:
Buying something from a company during the last 18 months, or inquiring about their products during the last three months does not create an "established business relationship" -- unless you think that asking about a product and then deciding NOT to buy is a relationship that matters. In addition, even there were a relationship it would not mean I have given permission to be hassled by robot calls. I urge you to reject this rule change, protect our peace and quiet, and keep the telephone system available for communications that we want.
