To Whom it May Concern: I am concerned that this new proposal undermines the intent of the federal "Do Not Call" list. It will allow businesses with which consumers have an established relationship to telemarket to them using prerecorded messages. When consumers sign up for the "Do Not Call" list it means that they do not want to be called. Please respect the original intent of the list. Thank you, Brian Lutenegger
