Hello FTC! When will you listen to the citzens and not the telemarketers?? I am appalled at your new proposed ruling to allow pre-recorded promo calls by telemarketers! This is against the request of millions of citizens to have their privacy respected by not having their phone number made into a business opportunity by telemarketers. Please take back your proposal!
