From: Douglas Way Sent: Saturday, December 18, 2004 3:59 AM To: PRIVACYSTEERINGCOMMITTEE Subject: Proposed changes in telemarketing laws I hav recieved an e-mail from a friend that is giving telemarketers another loop hole to try and contact the public this is countermandig the do not call list. which was very helpful in keeping the telemarketers from disturbing the peace and privacy of my home DO NOT pass this legislation. I am tired of telling the telemarketers that I am on the DO NOT call list this is another way for them to get a way to try and sell me something that I do not want any way. please do not do this DW
