To deny the Rochester Road, Gasport, NY store to operate as a Tops for reasons of "no competition." is unfounded, inaccurate and short sighted. Western NY really only has three "big" grocery store names and Tops is one of them-which keeps prices affordable. What other competion are you looking for?? Also, along those lines, there are smaller competitors like Aldi's, Save A Lot, and several gas and go supermarkets in the Rocheser Road area that compete for customers. It would be a shame that such a great location that area residents rely on does not come to fruition. It would be a disservice to the residents.
