Having lived in the Northern Section of the City of Cortland for almost 30 years & having a P&C Supermarket within a mile of our home has been very convienient for us these 30 years! Being brought up in the Buffalo area, we are very familiar with Tops Supermarket & have liked still having a Major Supermarket Chain in our Neighborhood!! This Grocery Store is the ONLY one on our side of Cortland, otherwise we have to drive thru the whole city of Cortland to the other side of Cortland to go to a Full Service Supermarket (Tops or PriceChopper). Before P&C Closed we had 2 P&C's, 1 Tops & 1 PriceChopper! Therefore We are Requesting that Tops be alowed to continue opperating the former P&C store in Riverside Plaza, as we will still only have 3 Full Service Suoermarkets in Cortland!! Thank You for Your Attention to our request!! David & Marcia Kingsley
