I don't understand your ruling that TOPS must sell the P&C in the Riverside Mall in Cortland, NY. It is the only grocery store in that end of town. For many years we had 2 P&C's and you had no problem with that, but now that TOPS is involved you're going to force them to close the one they've kept open. This will make it very difficult for the East End Residents, especially the elderly. We need to keep a grocery store in the East End of Cortland, NY.
