I live in Ithaca, and I cannot stress how many options there are for one to purchase groceries. FTC has made a serious mistake in this ruling. There is no anticompetitive nature to Top's ownership. When you consider Wal-Mart, Wegman's, Wilson Farms, the Ithaca Farmer's Market, etc., there is truly a very competitive market here.
