<hr><P><b>Comments:</b></p>I am writing to stress the importance of Social Security Numbers in the Private Investigations field.  Without access to this information, the entire investigative world will be hampered and crippled in their fight against fraud/theft and other similar crimes.  The Private Investigative community relies heavily on the use of SSN information in order to track missing persons, criminals, individuals skipping out on debts, and various other situations.  I believe I speak for the industry as a whole when I ask for your serious consideration of allowing Licensed Private Investigators access to this information.
