In my line of work sometimes it is neccessary to have access to SSN's to locate missing children, relatives and othe family members. By restricting this information from the private sector such as private investigators, bail bondsman and such it would greatly hamper the investigations that we are hired to perform. I understand that Identitity theft is outrageous in this country, but please understand that there are those of us us who make a living locating the criminals and non-criminals of this country. We in the private sector do not have the luxury of having the same investigative tools that law enforcement has. We in the private sector only ask that not a blanket restriction be made by your panel
