<hr><P><b>Comments:</b></p>I have been involved in the private investigation industry for eight years relied on social security numbers for identification and locating purposes.This information is critical to my job and the industry as a whole. 


As a person victim of identity theft I strongly agree that access to this information should be limited and not available to the public. I feel that the private investigation industry should have right to this information. </body></html>
