The availability of SSN information is a tool vital to all those in the Licensed Private Investigations Field. As a Licensed Investigator in the State of Connecticut I require access to this information to locate witnesses in civil and criminal cases for interview and possible deposition under oath. I also require this informaiton to locate individuals who continue to move from locaiton to locate to avoid service of process in civil and criminal proceedings as well as locating individuals for recovery of assets or attachment of assets in civil proceedings. I also requrie use of this information to locate dead beat dads and skips in legal attachment sof wages and assets. I maintain records of all uses of SSN searches and make them available to any legitimate legal authority who monitors this uses by me or my company. The use of this information for any reason other than legitimate reasons willl can be monitored to prevent illegal access by me or my company.
