<hr><P><b>Comments:</b></p>Tighter restriction needs to be made because I have found different usage of the SSN on the internet. I have been able to piece together full numbers from different sources. Some sources supplies the first 3 and others supply the last 4 numbers. It's not rocket science to put 2 and 2 together. We need uniform rules.</body></html>
