Oh wow, what a severe penalty--just stop doing it. No fines???????? Not only can they do it. But, they are doing it. And, this is Sears. Imagine what the sleaze is doing and, for sure will do, with this slap on the wrist determination. I'm surprised you didn't give them a medal for creativity.
