<hr><P><b>Comments:</b></p>The decision as outlined goes beyond socialism, it is a return to serfdom. Effectively, freely practicing professionals are now forced to follow a payment schedule rule which is set by a Federal bureacrat at 80% of the cost of providing the care. The honorable judges and counselors at law should consider the consequeuences of the US Congress and Federal bureaucrats setting rates for their services. We can no longer even refuse together as physicians to accept predatory practices of large for-profit companies which are protected by Ferderal law in collusion against our class of professionals. Shame those for taking such an outlandish, undemocratic, illegal action against the most time-honored professionals in the world.
